hi Shona ji gm just want to ask u ki merawala original skirt hai wo kisiko exchange hua hai ? so tht i can speak to freeup support .aap just support team se request karna ki pls arrange return pick up for the exchange parcels so they can able to arrange it. aap jada pareshan na hona bcz usually after understanding the exchange they do process the exchange request . bas unko malum ho ki Mera skirt kisko deliver hua hai so they can ask that person to keep it ready for return . aisa two times hua hai mere sath and they have arrange the exchange pick up. just be nice n do not get irritated as process is bit irritating for both. so aap Shanti se kaam Lena . waqt leta hai ye process par they r nice when we are clear from our side
