its paper bag high waist shorts. can fit from 26 inches to 34 inches waist as it is loose fit and should be worn with belt. its not new, its a used piece. while it has no daunting stains, it has decoloration. it is white is color, not pinkish as appearing in some photos. please read the description carefully before buying and don't post negative reviews due to faults already revealed here.
